The SPCSA encourages all provinces, commissions, institutions, etc to network their respective websites (if they already have them) with the SPCSA portal and thus create a grid of national portals in the region. [See BOSCOM Plan 2008-2014]. If they do not yet have their own sites, they are encouraged to do so at the earliest. BIS may offer suggestions and solutions in this regard.
