A very good start. It is a need of the hour. This will be a great model for other provinces to think about it.

A right choice in stepping into the cable TV network rather than the satellite network channels. Because, though the satellite network provides Worldwide reach, the effect is always limited and oftentimes ignored by the people of distant land. The cable TV content and style will highly influence the local community. The DB people and DB TV become approachable and verifiable. A witnessing in real context, indeed !
