Inauguration of Fr. Joseph Arokiasamy Memorial Block for Fishery Science By Fr. Joby Joseph
Shillong, Sep. 17. On the 9th September 2013, St. Anthony`s College, Shillong crossed another milestone with the inauguration of Fr. Joseph Arokiasamy Memorial Block for the Department of Fishery Science by Shri W. M. S Pariat, Chief Secretary, Government of Meghalaya. The block was also blessed by Rev. Fr. Joseph Nellanat Sdb, the Former Vice-Principal who was in service for twenty one years in the college. The College till date continues to uphold the record as the first and only College in the State with a Department in Fishery Science.
