Shillong, Jan. 21. The Salesian province of Silchar rejoices at the priestly ordination of Dn. James Doungel at St. Francis Xavier Church, Haflong, Assam. Dn. James was ordained by the Archbishop of Guwahati, His Grace John Moolachira on 20th January 2013 in the presence of Fr. John Timung, Diocesan Administrator of Diphu, and Fr.
