Chennai, Feb. 25. The short film extravaganza at EGA cinemas had a glorious start on the 25th of February 2011 with several dignitaries declaring open the fifth international short film festival of India. The inaugural ceremony included Mr. Elangovan, Joint Director, Department of Information, Actor Parthiban, Film Directors Agathiyan, Kathir, Praveenkanth, SS. Stanley, Abhishek, Raviraj, Rev. Fr.
