Guiness Record Holder conducts Motivation Programme for DBACT By Dominic BernatshaTiruchy, Nov. 26. DBACT (Don Bosco Animation Centre Trichy) conducted a series of three motivational programmes for the students and youth on 16 November 2013. In spite of cyclonic rain, 782 participated in this event. Guinness Record holder and motivator Mr.Rajesh was the key resource person addressing the three programmes.
Exams create traumatic fear among the students. In order to combat the fear among the students, motivational programme was conducted in collaboration with the youth commission of Trichy Diocese at its pastoral centre.
255 students who are to appear for the government exams participated in the programme. At the end of the programme majority of the students resolved to augment their efforts to come out with flying colours in the forthcoming exams.
The second venue was Don Bosco ITI at Amsam where 345 skill training students of ITI and media students were provided motivational inputs. The central theme of the motivation was enabling growth as successful persons with enhancement of one\\'s own skills. Though the students were playful in the beginning, later on they took the sessions with great seriousness and expressed signs of determination to study well and shine out in their lives.
The third programme was held in Auxilium Centre at Tanjore. 182 students benefitted from this programme. Successful formulas were taught using the magical illusions. Cheers an tears characterized the programme.
The marathon motivational programme was coordinated by Fr.Patrick sdb, director, with his team of Vazhikaatti. Fr.Felix, assistant director of Alaihal, evaluated the programme to get the feedback from the students. The youth director of Trichy Diocese, Fr.Gerald, the Salesians of Amsam ITI and the Salesian sisters of Auxilium extended their collaboration by providing the ambient for the successful completion of the marathon motivational programme.
