Mumbai, Mar. 9. Don Bosco always wanted his youngsters to be good and honest citizens. In its quest to reach out to the youngsters living in villages, Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra(BGVK) Ahmednagar inaugurated a Driving School on March 06, 2013. The school will provide an opportunity for the youngsters to learn driving, get license and find some kind of employment as there is a lot of demand for drivers. The duration of the course will be ten to fifteen days.
The driving school was blessed by Rev. Fr. Edwin D'Souza and inaugurated by Madam Roswita Maus, Project Manager from Don Bosco, Mondo, Germany. Through this initiative BGVK hopes to reach out as many youngsters as possible from Ahmednagar, Beed, Jalna, Manvat and Parbhani districts. The first batch consists of 15 youngsters.

To make the Driving School functional, BGVK is providing a car and a tutor, and the trainees will pay the expense for the license and fuel. This initiative of BGVK is well appreciated by the youngsters living in the villages around Ahmednagar and adjoining districts.
