It was a graceful event to behold the province ordination at Lourdes Shrine, K. Pudur, Madurai on the 29th December 2012. A big number of Saleisans and clergy from all over Tamil Nadu, parents, friends and the faithful devoutly gathered at Lourdes Shrine premises at the eve of the day of ordination.

The holy Eucharist commenced with the mellifluous singing of the Lourdes Shrine Choir. Fr. Albert Johnson SDB the provincial of INT welcomed the Archbishop, the candidates, parents and the faithful and expounded the meaning of priesthood in the present context. Fr. Jeyapalan SDB the provincial of INM presented the candidates before the Archbishop, and the ordination ceremony took place gracefully. The event was concluded with an agape meal.
