Students plant 200 saplings to mark the 200th birth day of don bosco

Tiruchy, Aug. 17. Students along with Salesians of Don Bosco, Varadarajanpet planted 200 saplings to mark the 200th Birth Day of Don Bosco on 16 August 2014. Fr. Thomas Louis SDB, the Rector, and Fr. Sagayaraj SDB, the Head Master took the lead to encourage the students towards this meaningful act.

The two hundred saplings included plants of various kind including Teak wood, Red Wood, Rose Wood and Mahogani.

Students of the Don Bosco Eco Club took this effort, planned and executed this exemplary initiative.They were delighted to make this a historical event.

Other students of the school, the boarding and the school were also involved in this programme.
