Louis SDB and Sr Phyllis Fernandes FMA, and the leaders of the Cooperators from the six provinces of the zone, namely, Mumbai, Panjim, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Tiruchy.

The World Councillor complimented the provinces for the good work being done and urged them to focus on apostolic initiatives that answer the real needs of people.
Fr Louis, the national delegate and an authority on all matters concerning the Cooperators, briefly explained the characteristic traits of the Salesian Family and the basic elements of the common spirit. He noted that, as committed Christians and leaders, all Cooperators should be well versed in church matters and well-informed on current issues affecting the Church and the Christian community.
In the afternoon, Sr Phyllis Fernandes elaborated on the Common Mission Statement of the Salesian Family through a PowerPoint presentation.
