Shillong, Aug. 3. On the 23rd-24th July 2016, Don Bosco School, Agartala, organised a Youth Camp for the Catholic students of the school, Classes IX to XII. Sixty five young boys and girls of the school participated in the camp, animated by brothers Glorious Shullai and Maitphang Mawrie, and assisted by BrrotherSylvanus Lyngdoh and Deacon Leeborki Dhar.

On the first day, the session on ''God's preferential love for His chosen people'' was taken by one of the active lay faithful of the Parish, Mr. Tarun Debbarma. It was followed by a solemn celebration of the Holy Eucharist presided over by Father Benny. The day ended with a Family get-together and the screening of 'The Young Messiah'.

At the end of the camp, the youth expressed their joy and satisfaction over the camp, and looked forward to more such programs in the months to come. (Dn Leeborki)
