The moderator Fr Arul Maran in addressing the Chapter members quoted article 123 of the Constitution of the Society of St Francis de Sales and highlighted the participation and shared responsibility experienced during the chapter days. He strongly advocated we should continue this method of functioning in our places of ministry as well. He added that the effective participation of Salesians and lay mission partners and the willingness of confreres to share the responsibility of building the province in Don Bosco's way will be one of the takeaways of this chapter.1'

Father Agilan the Provincial when asked about the chapter said, ''Wonderful participatory chapter that has given inspiration and insights into our own lives and mission. I was personally touched by the openness and sincere thirst for the charism of Don Bosco emulated during all the discussions and sharing.'' Fr. Amalraj Susai, one of the eldest members of the Chapter articulated ''The Provincial Chapter was conducted in a climate of fraternity and sincere interest in the growth of the province and commitment to the young.''

In response to the GC 28 call to care for the environment and nature, the INT PC 2022 was organised as a digitalised E-chapter, the first of its kind in the region, as no paper was printed for the chapter discussions and each member was provided with a laptop. All the documents were shared digitally and the discussions were presented using the projector.
