Alaihal MEDIA's ''Photo Expo 2014''

Tiruchy, Mar. 11. Alaihal MEDIA, Trichy is organizing PHOTO EXPO 2014, a Photo Contest for all those interested in Photography. The theme of the contest is ''Agriculture'' in keeping with the theme of the international Year celebrated by the UN, ''Family Farming''. The contest is open to all, with an entree fee of Rs. 100.00.
The exhibition of the photos will take place at Don Bosco Campus, Manikandam, Trichy on 5th and 6th of April 2014. Prizes and mementos will be awarded to the winners during the Conclusion ceremony.

Selected winners will be awarded with Don Bosco Alaihal MEDIA trophy and cash. The first Prize will be Rs. 3000.00, the second prize Rs. 2000.00, and the third prize Rs. 1000.00.

It is for the second consecutive year that Alaihal MEDIA is organizing this Photo Expo contest. Alaihal MEDIA reports that last year there were about 200 entries which attracted many of the college students and students in and around Trichy. The Photographers Association also was involved and appreciated very much the efforts taken by Alaihal MEDIA.

Alaihal MEDIA is looking forward to more entries this year, also from outside Trichy, as the theme is quite an enchanting one.

The print size of the photos to be submitted is 12x18 in., the last date for entries being 25 March 2014.
