Dimapur, May. 23. It was a rare privilege for the seventeen clerics who renewed their commitment to stay with Don Bosco, on 23 May, in the presence of the Relic, at Salesian College, Dimapur. The solemn Eucharist was presided over by Fr. James Poonthuruthil-Provincial, joined by Fr. Nestor Guria- Vice Provincial, Fr. Jose Palely-Economer, eighteen other priests and around two hundred faithful.
The casket arrived at Salesian College, Dimapur, the post novitiate house of the Province of Dimapur, in the morning of 23 May. The welcome ceremony was a joint venture of two college communities - Salesian College and Bosco B.Ed. College -  and all the Religious communities of Kuda village, where the two colleges are located.

The colourful welcome accorded by the students, staff, priests and religious, novices, and friends and well-wishers was impressive. The one kilometre motorcade consisted of 50 bicycles, ridden by the brothers, with life-size flags.

A solemn Eucharist, with the youth of the oratories saw the participation of almost five hundred. It was presided over by Fr. Nestor Guria, Vice Provincial. More than a thousand came to pay their homage to Don Bosco during the day. A vigil service interspersed with dramas, songs, films and prayer on Don Bosco was organized together with all the neighbouring communities.
