Shillong, Jul. 28. The transformation of a Society today, demands for a meaningful engagement of the teachers in the Teaching-Learning Processes. As trend setters and leaders in today's world, the Vice-Principals of the newly formed Silchar Province (INS) met at Siloam, Ri-Bhoi District, for a two days' intensive programme (25th - 26th July, 2013), organized by Br Albert Longley Dkhar, Principal of St. Anthony's College Shillong, Fr. Kenny Pakma, the Delegate for Education and Fr. Paul Olphindro Lyngkot, the Vice-Provincial (INS).
Experts at different levels and capacities brought light and understanding as well as life and enthusiasm to the two days' programme. It also inspired and equipped the Vice-Principals with the know-how and excellent skills, such as Relationship skills, Information Communication Technology, Aim, Goal & Objective setting skills etc. in order to empower them to work smartly and tirelessly, enabling them to make the invisible visible to the learners in their respective institutions.

An insight on ''Spirituality in Education'' was well appreciated and there was a strong feeling and agreement that academic excellence should most importantly go hand in hand with character formation that involves the Head, Heart, Hand, Mind, and Soul.
