St. Anthony's School Shillong Bags Inter-school Cyber Quiz Trophy

Shillong, Sep. 20. St. Anthony's Higher Secondary School, Shillong, lifted the Champion's Trophy of the Inter-school Cyber Quiz Competition 2012, organized by the department of Computer Science of St. Anthony's College on 12th September 2012 in the college campus. Six schools from Shillong took part in the competition. The topic of the quiz was computer and computer related applications.

Two students, Anirudh Sinha and Pratiksha Gupta of class XII Science, represented the School for this competition. They were thoroughly coached and prepared by Mrs. A. Sharma and Mrs. S. Mishra of the school to compete brilliantly in the quiz competition.

It was indeed a bottleneck competition with every school putting in their best. There was an amazing crowd too to witness and to boost the spirit of the competitors. Students from various schools came to support their own teams and to expand their knowledge regarding the cyber world.

This event was an initiative from the students of the Cyber Club of the computer department of St. Antony's college, who conducted the competition with much efficiency and expertise.
