Lessons on Covid-19 Precautions to Migrants in Visakhapatnam

Hyderabad, Jun. 10. Don Bosco Navajeevan, Visakhapatnam, organised an awareness camp on 'Covid-19 precautions' for the migrant workers in Thatichetlapalem. Father Salibindla Balashowry, the Director, spoke to the migrants on the need for wearing the mask, regular hand wash, and social distancing.  He further explained the symptoms of Covid-19, home quarantine and vaccination using posters published by Navajeevan.
After the awareness camp, 150 migrant families received provision kits and toiletries. Father Balashowry had the community leaders, youth representatives, local volunteers, and Navajeevan staff reach out and educate the migrants.
