'Creative Creek 2021' Offers Creative Engagements

Chennai, May. 12. As the entire world is grappling against COVID-19 and its impact on minds to in thrall to depression, Don Bosco College, Chennai and DBICA (Don Bosco Institute of Communication Arts) have kick-started a summer programme, 'Creative Creek 2021,' on May 10 onwards, bringing knowledge and competence through creative engagements.
Unlike yesteryears, this summer is inexplicably different with the onslaught of the second wave of Coronavirus. The deadly virus has not spared the traditional teaching-learning process; it has forced us to go online. To motivate young aspiring minds, to hone the skills and knowledge, Don Bosco College, Chennai and DBICA have joined hands offering, two-week course from May 10 to May 23, 2020. It uses platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to reach out to 13 and above age groups. Creative Creek 2021 offers courses in:
Digital Film Making
Digital Photography
Graphic Designing
Music Production
Singing and Vocals
Dance Basics (Hip Hop, Folk, Freestyle)  Public Speaking
Beginners French
Beginners Italian
Beginners German
Financial Intelligence
Spoken English
Beginners Guitar
Beginners Keyboard

Within a short span, around 200 learners across the country have registered for various courses.
