Panjim, Nov. 26. Commemorating World Media Day, and keeping up the memory of Media Week, Don Bosco High School, Oros spent the whole day of 25th November 2013, in learning and developing media skills. The event was organised by Fr. Clive Telles,  Principal of the school.
The students from Std V to Std IX in five different groups had four different media interactions under the guidance of Fr Ralin De Souza and a team of Media Students from Don Bosco College, Panjim.

The different sessions with simple exercises and group activities, focused on topics such as Theatre and basics of Public speaking (Ms. Shirlene & Ms. Pooja), Advertising (Ms. Deborah & Ms. Sheriane), Films & Documentaries (Ms. Sherine & Fr Ralin). They made the children become aware of present day media issues.

During the sessions the children were very creative and in their elements, giving presentations and preparing reports. To continue this media experience, a Facebook page with the details of the event along with various photos of the activities was created. The children were exhorted to participate in the discussion on Facebook to help them learn as they interact.
