Hyderabad, Aug. 11. An initiative of Don Bosco Organization, supported by the SPCSA and Bosconet, to work for the safety, security and well being of Migrants was started on July 01, 2021 under the banner ''Bosco Shramika Mitra'' at Don Bosco Navajeevan, Bhoiguda, Hyderabad. Recording the profile of a migrant worker and building a healthy rapport with them is the sole aim of this endeavour.
Father Tony Pellissery, sdb, Executive Director of DB YAR Forum & Don Bosco for Migrants, Delhi and Father Francis Bosco, sdb visited the DBNJ Centre on August 09, 2021 to evaluate work with regard to data collection and to address the issues that are encountered while gathering the data. Their visit put the staff on the right track and helped everyone to visualize the qualitative change that the Salesians and lay collaborators together could possibly bring about in the life of the needy and vulnerable migrant workers. Father Tony released a poster on Migrant Workers in the presence of Father Bosco and Father Koshy.
