In view of the golden jubilee year of the province, a symposium was organized at Don Bosco Institute Guwahati on 23 October 2008 for the salesian family. Fr. Roy and Arch Bishop Dominic Jala SDB were the resource persons. About 55 religious from the Salesian Family attended the symposia.
