An Orientation Programme was organised on the 26th of January for the Leaders and Volunteer Youth of the Tsunami affected Kuppams, in Don Bosco Animation centre, Ennore. Around 155 Representative Volunteers and Leaders from 24 Kuppams covering Ennore, Kasimode, Royapuram (Zone I) attended the Meet. They were divided into 7 groups each headed by a local leader and 6 volunteers. Each group has been alotted a Coordinator from our side. The rehabilitation efforts and acitivities will now be channelled through these groups. The Meet was successful in creating a well planned structure of our efforts. Fr. Bosco, Fr. Vasanth and Mr. Jochim of COMIDE along with 8 staff coordinated the Meet. The next similar Meet would be held in Pazhaverkadu (Zone II) and Santhome (Zone III).
