Don Bosco Provincial House, Hyderabad, hosted the training of the State Resource Persons of Andhra Pradesh in Human Rights Education which was inaugurated on Monday, 11th April 2011. This is a unique achievement of Fr. Thomas Pallithanam who managed to convince the government on the need to introduce Human Rights Education in all the Government Schools in Andhra Pradesh. The Rajiv Vidhya Mission and the Sarva Shiksha Abhyan have brought here all their State level resource persons for a five day Training of Trainers programme. By August 2011 the training in Human Rights Education would have reached every one of the 300,000 government schools in Andhra Pradesh.
