Chennai, Nov. 14. In the Human Rights efforts cannot be really measured but we can only `feel` it and experience it. This only necessiates the creation of child Rights watch Group and Human Rights Groups. We shall all commit ourselves towards declaration of zero Tolerence of Human Rights violence.

I am really happy to be a participant in this seminar. The second day in  my view has been a day which has restarted our commitment to a agalitarian society. Two things can be said of today: the themes, the presentations and the discussions have brought clarity and deeper knowledge and called for a deeper and practical commitment to respect the human beings. The following points justify my above mentioned opinion.

The deeper understanding of child Right in widening the concept that each child is complete and has the capacity of evolving which implies that a child is same and equal to an adult. The invitation to revisit the JJ Act  the idea of distinquishing Juvenile in conflict with law and children in need of care and protection. That this difference must go . The awareness of the Right to Education bill has created in us that the public is to demand the state to ensure that all children are at school. And the education system needs to take back its role of `equaliser` of the unjust and inequal situation than to contributing becoming inequalser. The idea that `activists` must become `educatorsn Human Right Education is  provocation to all ofus to become agents of Human Rights promorion.

In the Human Rights efforts cannot be really measured but we can only `feel` it and experience it. This only necessiates the creation of child Rights watch Group and Human Rights Groups. We shall all commit ourselves towards declaration of zero Tolerence of Human Rights violence.
