Hyderabad, 2020 Jul 11 The province of St Joseph, Hyderabad hosted a webinar for all its confreres on 09 July 2020. The speaker was Father Dasari Nireekshan sdb, from the Laudato Si' commission set up by the province. New Delhi, 2020 Jun 09 Don Bosco Youth Animation [DBYA] South Asia delegates had a GoogleMeet on Tuesday 09 June 2020. Father Robert Simon, the new DBYA South Asia Delegate moderated the meet. South Asia Regional Councillor Father Biju Michael inspired the delegates to ''put the young person at the centre of Salesian youth ministry.'' Vatican - Saving Our Common Home
Mumbai, 2018 Jul 12 (ANS - Vatican City) - A conference titled ''Saving Our Common Home and the Future of Life on Earth'' was organized by the Vatican Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development to celebrate the third anniversary of the publication of Pope Francis' encyclical Laudato Si'. This conference, held over two days on 5-6 July at the Synod Hall in the Vatican, brought together about 400 delegates, which included environmental experts and activists, scientists, economists, politicians, representatives of various global networks, as well as high-ranking UN officials.
