The Bosco Plus Programme was initiated and is continued by DB Tech to equip our students who complete their technical or other education at our centres in Kerala and Karnataka with communicative English, basic computer knowledge, soft skills, life skills and work place readiness.  They have completed their training in different trades but with these two months of residential programme, they will be fine-tuned to be absorbed into the job market. The selection process of these students was based on performance in their respective courses. The province development office, BREADS will also contact various companies and industries who may recruit these students for placement after the finishing school programme.
